Apple has launched a new version of the iAd Producer tool used to make iAds for iOS. It now supports the new iPad’s Retina display, allows on-device ad debugging, and most interestingly plays nice with Twitter.

The company hasn’t said much about how this will work – “Enable Twitter integration in iAd content” is the sentence in the changelog list. Even so, we’re intrigued at the merging of mobile ads and social networking, and what brands may be doing with it in the coming months.
