Hi, I left you a comment just now... this is a video where I explain the difference between iTunes and the film as an app a bit better. Maybe you want to let your readers see it too? Cheers http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vZDoRycsml8&feature=email

Thanks for the review. Let me clarify though the differences between the a film as an app and iTunes. Besides the fact that as an app the film can be watched offline only (as opposed to streaming, or as opposed to needing wifi) you have extras that iTunes could never offer. in our case more than 50 photos of how the film was made (which I find encouraging for anyone who wants to make a film to have a look at our production while working). We also include the cast and crew bios and a story of how we made the film. Also the trailer is on the app, and the synopsis. But then, on top of all those differences you get from iTunes, an app can be updated, and could have upgrades and other social integrations that a film in iTunes (or any other VOD-Streaming online library) does not offer. And lastly, an app is a universe of its own, where a small film, such as The Silver Goat, could search for its audience in a fairer ground. Maybe you did not get to see the app itself, otherwise I don't really understand how a reviewer of apps can say this is the same as iTunes. I don't blame you... so may apps, so little time. But if you do want to experience it, and see the difference of what a film as an app can offer, please drop me a line, I will be happy to give you our app as a gift. Thanks for reading this and sorry it is such a long text. Paula Vaccaro, @thesilvergoat producer.
