Decca is the latest label to work with social TV app Zeebox on a digital marketing campaign – in its case, for the Sing souvenir album during the UK Diamond Jubilee concert on Monday. TV viewers using Zeebox could get a free download, enter a contest for a signed CD, and watch the Sing video. Decca says “hundreds” of people entered the contest, with click-through rates “approximately analogous to an artist newsletter sent to around 100k people.”
