The latest glossily-photographed cookery app for iOS comes from Great British Chefs, with a follow-up to their eponymous first app. The new one is called Great British Chefs – Summertime, and is selling for £1.99 on the App Store. The content looks good: 105 recipes from 21 British chefs, but there’s also a tie-in with online shopping brand Ocado. Every ingredient links directly through to its website for people to buy on their iOS device. Meanwhile, there’s also a charity hook: all proceeds less VAT and commissions (so around £1.20 per download) will go to the Action Against Hunger charity.
