Midday this Thursday is the application deadline for IC tomorrow’s digital innovation in music contest, which will be making up to £150k in funding available for six winning startups.

The competition is being organised by the UK Technology Strategy Board’s government-funded innovation programme, and is open to all UK-based startups, developers and other companies

They have to solve challenges set by the six contest partners: Decca Classics, HMV, BBC Proms, Warner/Chappell Music, Rocket Music Management and The Bedford. The idea is to create prototype solutions which are trialled with the partners before being launched more widely commercially.
