Hulu has added a new child-friendly section to its Hulu Plus subscription service.

Hulu Kids (hulu.com/kids) features children’s shows such as Thomas & Friends and SpongeBob SquarePants, all commercial free. The section also includes Hulu’s Shows You Watch tray, as well as child-friendly categories such as Dino Time and Cartoon Favourites.

Netflix launched its own Just For Kids section in August 2011, rolling the feature out to its iPad app last month.
